PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

(60-minute sessions for 1-3 clients)

OPTION 1: ONLINE BOOKING

This could be a great option for those clients who choose the flexibility to pick their time slots.

​​

1 CLIENT = $32/HOUR ($37/HOUR STARTING 1/1/2025)

2 CLIENTS = $52/HOUR

3 CLIENTS = $62/HOUR

​

BOOKING POLICY:

- Fees are paid at the time of booking and they are NON-REFUNDABLE. Clients have up to 24 hours prior to the start of any available time slot to book their training sessions.

- There will be NO RESCHEDULE/MAKE-UP for any missed training sessions.

- Clients will receive a credit or a refund (client's choice) for any paid training sessions I have to cancel.

OPTION 2: MONTHLY PACKAGE

This could be a great option for those clients who choose to train weekly during the same time slots.

1 CLIENT = $26/HOUR ($31/HOUR STARTING 1/1/2025)

2 CLIENTS = $41/HOUR

3 CLIENTS = $51/HOUR

BOOKING POLICY:

- Fees are paid in advance on the 1st of the month for the entire month of training, and they are NON-REFUNDABLE.

- There will be NO RESCHEDULE/MAKE-UP for any missed training sessions.

- Clients will NOT be charged for any training sessions that I will cancel in advance. Check out the CLOSINGS PAGE for all upcoming cancelations.

- Clients will receive a credit for any paid training sessions I have to cancel.

- Clients can cancel their monthly package anytime before getting charged for the following month.

HOW DOES THIS WORK FOR NEW CLIENTS?

 

STEP 1: Schedule your Introductory Training Session by calling/texting 847-997-5074. I like to chat with everyone who is interested in trying out a training session, so if I miss your call or you are texting me, I will call you as soon as I am available to do so. 

​

STEP 2: Regarding your Introductory Training Session:

- When you arrive for your intro session you will fill out the Information Sheet & Waiver. Please have your ID available.
- During this introductory session we will discuss your goals and the path to reaching your goals. I always enjoy this part very much as I learn a lot from talking to everyone who comes through my (garage) door.
- Wear comfortable workout clothes and plan on training with no shoes on (you may keep your socks on if you prefer). Please keep in mind that no outside shoes are allowed on the workout mats.
- Bring plenty of water to drink and a towel.
- If you don't already have your own pair of boxing gloves, I have some that you will be able to use for your intro session. If you decide to continue your training after your first session, I can make recommendations on affordable pair of boxing gloves and hand wraps.

STEP 3: If you are enjoying your first training session and would like to continue with more training, I will provide you with a link to my online platform so you can book your future training sessions.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

1. There is NO CONTRACT, clients can choose to stop their training at any time, NO HARD FEELINGS. Please see the booking policies above for both the Online Booking and the Monthly Package options.

2. Referral Program: Clients will receive a free training session for anyone who comes in as a result of their recommendation. Many thanks to all clients who have been supporting my business by talking about my programs, posting awesome online reviews, and showing my logo out in the public!

3. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE OR CANCEL SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE NOT A GOOD FIT FOR THE PROGRAM.
