- Worked with athletes to develop better fitness skills to

support them in their own sports (Hockey, Volleyball, Football)

- Supported clients with their recovery process from different

injuries through stretching, mobility work and strength training

In August, 2021, I moved to Georgia from Illinois where I had worked since 2003 as the Head Instructor and Manager at Focus Martial Arts and Fitness, located in Lake in the Hills, IL. After moving to Woodstock, Georgia, I decided to open my own little gym where I can continue to share my knowledge with anyone interested in learning about self-defense, striking arts and/or fitness. The gym was ready to go in January, 2022 and I was blessed to have my first client come through my doors in February, 2022. I have enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people who come in with different backgrounds and goals, and I work very hard to connect with each one of them and help them on their journey! I am very excited and very much looking forward to meeting you in person and discuss your goals!

Dynamic Combat was started as a way to share the beauty of striking arts (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate),

in a workout-type setting. Students learned self-defense techniques while improving their overall fitness levels.

Dynamic Combat today provides individualized Krav Maga & Kickboxing+ training sessions to students of all ages. First training session is FREE for anyone who is interested in trying it out.

Classes can be scheduled by request for individuals, or 2-3 people who would like to train together.
